Christmas for Kids works to provide a little bit of Christmas Spirit for those students in Jordan District that would otherwise go without during the holiday season.  

 

Deserving students are carefully selected by school counselors, administrators and JSD Education Support Services due to extreme need and personal circumstances.  Students are able to shop with volunteer chaperones at Walmart Supercenter in South Jordan thanks to generous donations from our giving community.

 

Donations for this event come from community business leaders, and caring individuals, including Jordan Education Foundation Board Members, Jordan School District Employees and even fellow students! 

 

Firefighters, military, police, business leaders, educators, and caring members of the community will volunteer their time on a Saturday morning this December to shop with a student.  Both students and chaperones consider this morning a highlight of the year!

Your gift of $150 will help provide Christmas for a deserving student in Jordan District.  Christmas for Kids sponsors who give $500 or more will receive a commemorative photo book of the event.

Donations of any amount are welcome and 100% of your donation goes toward helping a child in need this Christmas!
